However, you must bake it low and slow, (250F for 3 or 4 hours) shred it and make or buy a sauce. That's why the price is $4 per sammich.|||for quick BBQ put a pork roast in the slow cooker with enough water to cover it well and let it slow cook allday. When your ready to eat take it out and pull it apart, put it back in the slow cooker with your fav BBQ sauce and heat it back up and serve
