bbq: I might work in a BBQ restaurant and wondered if there are any health risks. Is it bad to breathe the smoke? Is there carbon monoxide or any other chemicals in the smoke that are bad? I know you can't burn charcoal inside because of carbon monoxide so how do they do it in a restaurant?|||they dont really they use something diffret im not sure what it is but they dont use charcole and its perftly safe the breath in the smoke aslong as u dont breath in too much.
